My name is Brianna.  This is Button's second time to visit my house.  We went to a friend's house to eat dinner on Saturday.  On Sunday we went to my Aunt's house for a birthday party.  We had a great time.

Aimee

 My name is Aimee Strobel.  I'm 6 years old.  This weekend Buttons came home with me on Friday.  We went to the grocery story and then made dinner with brownies.  On Saturday I wasn't feeling too good so me and Buttons relaxed all day and watched TV and the movie Alice in Wonderland.  Sunday I went to get dance pictures taken and then I played outside and drew a big pictures with sidewalk chalk.  Later me and Buttons and my Mom went to Dairy Queen for ice cream.  I had lots of fun playing with Buttons this week-end.

Henry and Mudge and Mrs. Hopper

This week we read the book Henry and Mudge and Mrs. Hopper by Cynthia Rylant.  Henry's mother and father are going to a Valentine's Day Sweetheart Dance, and Henry and Mudge are staying with Mrs. Hopper across the street. Henry's never been in Mrs. Hopper's scary, old stone house with its droopy trees and dark windows and gargoyle on the door. But inside, Henry discovers a houseful of surprises -- a grand piano, a room full of costumes, and eleven cats for Mudge to play with!

When we finished the book we got to have a costume day at school.
